Key Club International is the oldest and largest service program for high school students. Key Club assists Kiwanis in carrying out its mission to serve the children of the world. Key Club is an international student-led organization which provides its members with opportunities to provide service, build character and develop leadership. The Kiwanis Club of Marshfield is proud to sponsor the MHS Key Club.
Aktion Club is the only service club for adults with disabilities, with more than 12,000 members worldwide. Aktion Club membership provides adults living with disabilities an opportunity to develop initiative, leadership skills and to serve their communities. The Kiwanis Club of Marshfield is proud to sponsor the Marshfield Aktion Club.

Builders Club is the largest service organization for middle school students (ages 12 to 14). Today, there are more than 1,600 clubs with more than 45,000 members worldwide. The Kiwanis Club of Marshfield is proud to sponsor the FBMS Builders Club.
The Kiwanis Pediatric Trauma Institute and the Division of Trauma Surgery at Floating Hospital for Children are dedicated to the specialized care of pediatric trauma patients and to the health and safety of all children. Traumatic injuries are the leading cause of death and disability to children. More children are killed and disabled by injuries than all other diseases combined.
A partnership between the New England District of Kiwanis and the Floating Hospital for Children at Tufts Medical Center, working together since 1981 to provide the highest level of expertise available to treat the most seriously injured children. For more information visit: KPTI .
